To support ongoing learning, product knowledge, and market awareness, Proactive HR maintains relationships with a range of HR technology providers. These relationships vary and may include access to training and product updates, participation in partner or professional communities, referral arrangements, and relationships developed through implementation and consulting work.

Where referral arrangements exist, Proactive HR may receive a referral payment if a business chooses to proceed with a particular provider. This does not change the approach to recommendations, which remain focused on business fit and long-term value.
