Meet Gemma
Gemma is the founder of Proactive HR, with more than 20 years of HR experience across a range of industries.
Her practical approach is backed by deep experience in HR systems, people processes, remuneration, and organisational improvement - helping businesses build people systems and processes that are aligned to how they actually operate.
Based in rural Southland, Gemma is passionate about supporting local businesses and communities. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two school-aged boys, an avid musical theatre performer, a member of the Board of Trustees at her local school, and a member of the HRNZ Flexible Work Network Committee.
